The Southwest Air Show Network Conference

2012 SWAN Conference will be held at the Bard Mansion located at the Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) in Port Hueneme, CA on February 10th & 11th.

1300-1700 Golf Tournament at NVBC(optional)
1730-1930 Cocktail Reception

Saturday - February 11th
0830-0900 Continental breakfast at Bard Mansion Meeting Room
0900-1200 SWAN Conference - Part 1
1200-1230 Working Lunch
1230-1700 SWAN Conference - Part 2
1830-? Hosted Dinner at Me-n-Ed's (Aproximately 1 mile from the hotel)

*NOTE - For those signed up to Golf, please arrive at the Golf Course through the NBVC Main Gate no later than 1300 for sign in and club rentals if needed. If you didn't pre'send your information then you must stop at the Pass & Decal Office to check-in outside the Main Gate

Flying In

For those flying private planes you have a choice of Camarillo Airport(KCMA) which is a few miles inland or Oxnard Airport (KOXR). If you do decide to fly to Oxnard Airport, make sure you are IFR current as the coastal weather frequently socks in the field. Both have rental cars available at FBO's on the field but call ahead and make a reservation.

For Military planes you can use PT. Mugu.

If flying Commercial then Burbank Airport or Los Angeles International have full service.
