Jacquie
Warda – SWAN President
Jacquie
started flying aerobatics in 1997 shortly after moving to California
from the Pacific Northwest. In April 2000, she bought a Pitts S1-T
and soon started flying competition aerobatics. She has taken her
aerobatics one step further and is now flying air shows around the
country. Jacquie will be focusing on increasing the membership of
SWAN and working at keeping the networking process going. “The
regional groups serve several purposes. One is to offer a
networking opportunity to those in our area so show organizers can
meet pilots and announcers and give the local pilots a place to
“showcase” themselves to the organizers. We also offer educations
sessions to continue the learning process. And to those local
members who do not attend the annual ICAS convention, it affords
them the opportunity to find out what is going on at ICAS from John
Cudahy, ICAS President, who attends our annual conference to offer
updates and new information,” said Warda. |
