Welcome to the new SWAN website! When I was voted into the role of President this February at the annual SWAN conference, I committed several things to the membership:

1. Publish a website that is a resource to the members
2. Grow the membership and attendance at the annual SWAN conference
3. Increase the camaraderie amongst the members which benefits air show spectators

I believe that my first commitment supports my second and the first and second lead to the third. My view is that SWAN should serve the members and their feedback is critical to the success of the organization in supporting the production of air shows and synergy that is possible when the industry pulls together for the greater good.

I have an open door policy and welcome all feedback to help us improve together.
